I just keep reading online about the crap going on in Iraq, worrying about jobs, trying to figure out stupid Bi-Directional Subsurface Scattering, tweaking, niggling, and being avoidant. Ugh. I’m just tired and sort of bored of having a stale life, hoping job stuff happens soon. It’s the calm before the storm, the draw before the tide, the night before leaving for another city. Everything’s all packed up, but I still have to sleep in an empty room.

Except it’s a month long.

The anticipation may be killing me, but I’m too numb to really know whether it is or not.
