ILM workers walk out in silent protest.

Huh.

Coupled with the recent EA nastiness, methinks the CG industry is due for a bit of a shakeup.

For those of you not in the know, ILM is the biggest, baddest special effects house around, having done virtually all of the Star Wars movies, as well as many others (Hulk, Van Helsing, etc). They hire about 1000 people, 400 of which are digital artists, so this is about half of their digital workforce, or the entire amount of people that would be working on either A) Episode III, or B) War of the Worlds.
